Chembio® Reverse Transcriptase M-MLV (RNase H-)
The Chembio® Reverse Transcriptase M-MLV helps prevent degradation of template RNA, while allowing the synthesis of high quality, full-length cDNA (up to 10kb) from almost any transcript.
Storage Buffer : 20mM Tris-HCl pH 7.5, 100mM NaCl, 0.1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.01%(v/v) NP-40, 50% (v/v) glycerol
